Terms of Use

Last updated:

These terms apply when you visit clashsuper.com, read its technical guides, or use its download instructions. Review the relevant information before downloading a client or changing your network settings. These terms do not replace a software license or affect rights granted to you by applicable law.

1. About This Site and Its Content

This site provides download links for clients in the Clash ecosystem, macOS setup guides, and explanations of networking protocols for educational and reference purposes only. The site name identifies an information service; it does not mean that this site develops or officially represents any listed open-source project, or provides network services.

Instructions in our guides are based on specific client interfaces. Settings and behavior may differ across versions, system permissions, and chip architectures. Check the documentation for your current client before following the steps. Nothing on this site guarantees suitability for a particular device, network environment, or business use.

2. Responsible Use and Authorization

You must comply with the laws and regulations that apply where you are and to your activities, as well as the rules of your network operator, organization, and relevant services. Do not use this site’s materials or the software it describes for unlawful purposes, unauthorized access, attacks, data theft, or infringement of others’ rights.

Before installing a client, enabling a system proxy, or using TUN mode on a managed Mac, work network, or shared device, obtain any required authorization. This site does not provide node accounts or guarantee that any third-party subscription is lawful or will be fulfilled. You are responsible for verifying the service source, your authorization to use it, and its terms.

3. Software Sources and Limitation of Liability

Software is provided by its respective open-source project or developer, who determines its features, updates, system compatibility, and license terms. Download links, app store listings, and third-party websites may change or become unavailable. This site does not guarantee their continued availability or that any software will meet every need.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, this site is not liable for connection failures, misconfigurations, data loss, or related losses resulting from your use of this site’s materials, third-party software, or external services. This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or restrict remedies available to you under applicable law.

4. Configuration and Data Protection

Before changing network settings, back up your configuration and note your existing proxy, DNS, and port settings. System proxy, virtual network adapter, and certificate settings may affect other apps’ connections. If something goes wrong, first disable the relevant features and restore the original settings, then troubleshoot using the guide.

Subscription links, access credentials, and configuration files may contain personal information or grant access to services. Do not share their full contents in public comments, screenshots, or with untrusted conversion services. Refer to each third-party service’s privacy notice and service terms to learn how it handles this information.

5. Intellectual Property and Open-Source Licenses

The names, logos, code, and related materials for Clash, mihomo, and each client belong to their respective rights holders. Describing these projects and their features does not give this site ownership of their trademarks or any additional rights, nor does it imply an affiliation with or endorsement by any project.

When using, modifying, or redistributing open-source software, follow the licenses for the relevant project and its dependencies, retain required copyright notices, and meet any other obligations. Use of this site’s original text and page code is subject to applicable intellectual property rules; software licenses do not automatically cover original content on this site.

6. Changes to These Terms and Feedback

These terms may be revised as the site’s content, services, or applicable rules change. The updated version will be published on this page, along with a revised update month. Changes apply to use from the date of publication, except where applicable law requires separate notice or consent.

If you do not agree to these terms, stop using the affected site services. For help with setup, see the Help Center or the Quick Start Guide. To report a software issue, use the feedback option in the client, and remove subscription links and access credentials from logs before sharing them.
